<< HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS FROM CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS ?  Osteoporosis >>

I’ve just been diagnosed with arthritis and wonder whether anyone can help on advising me what foods I should avoid so as not to make my condition worse? Someone has suggested that oranges are bad. Any advice on which supplements are good would also be helpful – I have been told that glucosamine and cod liver oil are good. Thanks.
