accumulation of uric acid. this accumulate in the joints over the years. same cause of gout. avoid the following:
sweetmeats
legumes
mussels
strawberries
moderate intake:
oysters
seafood
mushrooms
meat (pork & beef)
do eat:
lots of veggies
