Hi
I have PA, Psoriatic Arthritis. Initially Psoriasis comes in five forms and you do not state which form he has? Fingernails can look normal, but if you get a magnifying glass, look closely you will see ‘pin point’ holes more associated with a sewing thimble. It could be he has a mild case of JUST Psoriasis, with other forms of Arthritis. Finger and toe curving could be due to contractures of the tendon. Pain could be due to Fibro, or inflammation of the muscles, sleep problems. Best thing to do is see a Rheumatologist, who will run blood tests, check for other forms of Arthritis.
Hope that helps.
