<< What are the warning signs of arthritis?  Arthritis Pain >>

I’m a 30 year old female and I just started playing soccer on a women’s league for fun. I’ve played a couple of games so far and right after my last practice, I immediately felt sore in both my legs. When I woke up in the morning my legs were completely stiff and couldnt walk. Its been a couple of days and i’m still having problems walking. The pain is centered in both knees and ankles. Could this be some type of arthritis or an injury?
